How neat! I overcame my night time fears with your story on Alucard. I started reading that story when I was alone in my darkness in the terrible hours of the night. I was sucha sissy...not no more! LOL! hugs...gloria
I'd be remiss if I didn't note, that you and I have this same experience before us! Masterful writing! I sense that darkness really really forbiding my senses!!
I love the light hearted change of pace. Obviously you never had a kitty the size Elvis is...30 pounds at his last visit to see the doctor! LOL. He's big boned.
I'll never forget the day i woke up with a tuxedo Siamese lying on the pillow beside me, massaging my chest with declawed fore=paws. And as soon as i realised she was just a cat, she gave me a sharp love=bite on the cheek. Talk about your wake=up calls! Wasn't even my cat. [and thanks 4 being in the Moment^^]
All characterological defenses, fetishes and addictions are life-limiting attempts to fulfill personal strivings for creative heroism in service to the denial of death anxiety.

Better than a 200 pound dog jumping up on your bed and pushing you off!!
Excellent - well done Vince :o)
Of course those pussy cats like to think they're big and scary don't they!!
